The fear of being embarrassed due to lack of sportsmanship is known as "athazagoraphobia." This fear can stem from a variety of sources, such as a fear of being judged by others, a fear of losing respect or credibility, or a fear of disappointing oneself or others. It can lead individuals to feel anxious or self-conscious in competitive or team sports settings, and may impact their ability to fully engage in the game or activity. Overcoming this fear may involve building confidence, practicing good sportsmanship, and focusing on personal growth rather than external validation. **

There could be several reasons why no settlers are coming out of your residential building in Settlers 3. One possibility is that the building may not have enough resources or goods to support new settlers. Make sure that the building is connected to a steady supply of food, wood, and other essential resources. Additionally, check that there are available jobs for new settlers to take on, as they will not emerge from the building if there are no tasks for them to perform. Finally, ensure that the building is not already at its maximum capacity, as it can only support a certain number of settlers at a time. **
